Michelle joined our team in October 2020. She has been living in Williams Lake with her family since April 2019 when she, her husband and daughter moved to Canada from South Africa. Michelle used to work as a Veterinary Anaesthesiology Nurse back home.
Michelle enjoys baking specialty cakes and doing family and landscape photography. She also loves reading and gardening.
Tanya is excited to be back in the optometry industry after moving to Saskatchewan 12 years ago. She brings eight years of optometric experience in preliminary testing, visual field testing, contact lenses and booking appointments.
Tanya met her soul mate Shane 23 years ago and they have one beautiful daughter named Khiera. Tanya and her family enjoy swimming, camping, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Faith is happy to be a part of the Williams Lake Optometry team. She joined our work family in April 2019. Faith looks forward to helping you choose the perfect pair of glasses, as well as assist you in the eyewear department with any of your eyewear needs.
Faith was born and raised in Williams Lake. She graduated from Lake City Secondary school in 2018. In her spare time, Faith enjoys going on adventures with her partner Wyatt and their puppy Ricky.
Krista joined the Williams Lake Optometry team in June of 2019. She is excited to be working in our eyewear department. She looks forward to helping you pick out a frame and go over the different lens options available to suite your lifestyle.
Krista was born and raised in Williams Lake where she graduated from Williams Lake Secondary school in 2005. She brings extensive customer service skills from years worked in the electronics industry. Krista and her partner Dustin enjoy spending time with their dog Fynn, hunting, fishing and all of the great outdoor activities that the Cariboo has to offer.
Jordan joined the team at Williams Lake Optometry in October 2017. She is a certified Vision Therapist, obtaining her training through the Practical Vision Therapy Accreditation Program. Jordan is excited and passionate about helping patients that are struggling with unmet visual needs meet their full potential. She is happy to answer any questions about how vision therapy could help you!
Outside of the office Jordan enjoys spending her time with her husband, Kurtis and their two boys, Bradley and Harrison. When they aren’t busy with their cows, their time is spent enjoying baking, campfires, hunting, and gardening.

Bryan began his career in the optometry industry in February, 2011. Since that time, he has specialized in eyeglass dispensing, troubleshooting, difficult adjustments, and repairs. Bryan also has developed a passion for cutting lenses and crafting beautiful eyewear.
Born in the Yukon Territory, Bryan moved to BC at four years old. At the age of five, he moved to the Williams Lake area where he now co-parents his two beautiful daughters. Bryan is a classically trained singer and continues to learn the piano. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, canoeing, taking pictures, writing, listening to the CBC, and road trips.
Hanna was excited to join the Williams Lake Optometry team in March of 2017. She is trained in the eyewear department, pretesting, visual field testing and scheduling appointments. Hanna coordinated our visiting Ophthalmologist who travels from Kamloops once a month to meet patients eye care needs that are not available to us locally.
Hanna was born and raised in Williams Lake and enjoys outdoor activities with her Husband Jake. They welcomed their second child in March 2022. Hanna will be off on maternity leave until 2023 but looks forward to returning to work for Dr. Kate and her work family!
Sherry Fuller grew up in Williams Lake and enjoys spending time in the Cariboo. She specializes in the eyewear department, where she brings over nine years of service. She loves to greet each and every patient with a warm and friendly smile and is eager to find the perfect pair of glasses for every patient. Sherry looks forward to meeting you in the near future
Jen is our Office Manager and loves being a part of Williams Lake Optometry. She is trained in most areas of the clinic and is always willing to help where needed.
Jen was born and raised in Horsefly and married her best friend, Leonard. They have two grown children, Maria and Jack, and a beautiful granddaughter who makes their hearts smile. Family is an important part of Jen’s life. She enjoys spending time with them camping and fishing.
Crystal is ecstatic to be a part of the Williams Lake Optometry team. She joined the family as part of the eyewear department in July of 2022 and cannot wait to help you choose a beautiful set of frames.
In her free time Crystal enjoys going on adventures with her husband Josh and three children Landen, Jordynn, and Bentley. You can usually find her climbing a mountain, taking pictures, or running with her dogs Mason & Mavis.
Jordan joined the team in December of 2021 and is currently full time doing the preliminary testing before you see the optometrist. She is happy to help with any questions you may have.
Jordan graduated high school in 2021 and is looking forward to a future career as an ultrasound technician. In Jordan’s free time she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her friends and has an interest in photography.
Lorie joined Williams Lake Optometry in July 2022. Before joining our team, Lorie was a daycare teacher at Sacred Heart Daycare for 10 years. She is looking forward to helping patients and the community.
Lorie grew up in Williams Lake, meeting her husband in high school. They have now been married for 22 years, together they have two boys 17 and 21, three cats and two dogs. Lorie’s family loves exploring and being with friends and family.
Olivia joined Williams Lake Optometry in the spring of 2022. Olivia is trained in visual field testing and always has a smile ready to welcome you at the front desk.
Olivia moved back to the Cariboo from The Okanagan in the winter of 2021, she enjoys going on hikes and exploring the outdoors with her dog in her off time.
